Online Portal for Consumer Complaint against Telecom Company

     

    Telecom customers may, in addition to 999 call center number, email, WhatsApp, and letters, place their complaints now regarding the services through creating an account via ATRA online portal (atra.host/cms) newly developed by the authority. After completion of all working processes, the authority shares the reasonable and logical complaints with the telecom companies through the above mentioned portal and discusses the complaint with stakeholders (complainer, telecom relevant company and ATRA) online in the said portal, and then sends the result in writing via comment or email where the complaint already placed.

    ATRA assures all valued telecom users that the complaints shall be shared and addressed via all new and effective approaches required for  expanding and improving quality of service and technology, and may utilize any means possible deemed necessary for enhancing services, developing life affairs and creating facilities regarding access to other public services.
