Vibrant markets require a strong legal framework and models, for which the regulator plays a vital role. We envision to digitally transform Afghanistan by 2030. A transformation that is private sector-driven; and where diverse stakeholders including the government, civil society and the industry can work together with the spirit of partnerships and collaboration. We will achieve this through a comprehensive strategy for the future that creates a conducive environment to shape digital industries, create jobs, advance infrastructure development; a strategy that expands locally relevant technologies and services across the country. Afghanistan in 2030 will be different, brighter, and our people will be digitally equipped.
