A Meeting Organized between ATRA and Representatives of the Telecom Companies on Addressing Telecom Customers’ Complaints

For coordintating activites on addressing complaints of the customers, ATRA senior officials held a joint meeting with representatives of the telecom companies.

Comprehensive speeches and exchange of views were made in the meeting on addressing complaints of the telecom customers through 999 and 998 numbers of ATRA customers’ complaints unit, reducing written paper letters process since it takes a long time, more coordintation for addressing customers’ complaints and finding solutions thereof.

The telecom companies were instructed in the end of the meeting to take necessary actions for addressing complaints of the customers and further ATRA pledged its reading for cooperation to more improve the mentioned process and find solutions in this regard.
